Adding a Brand Name

To add a new brand logo to our range of brand mats, we primarily need your logo in electronic form. This can be supplied to us by email, on a CD, or via a URL if your logo has been uploaded to your webspace. Please note that the logo must be a decent DPI (dots per inch) for printing. Website images are at 72dpi, which is too small to print; we need original images at around 300dpi. Images can be supplied in any form, ie, JPG, GIF, BMP, TIF, etc.

Refund Information

Rainbow Custom Logo Mats will grant a refund provided the product has a manufacturing defect. Because of the nature of our customized product, we cannot grant refunds except in the case of manufacturing defect. Our warranty is simple: All Rainbow Custom Log Mats products are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
